Understand Your Workplace DNA™

👩‍💼

20+ years in HR. Still in the workplace. Still watching.

I spent over two decades in U.S. corporate HR — from entry-level recruiting to senior management consulting.

In that time, I watched countless smart, hard-working people get stuck — not because of lack of ability, but because they didn't know themselves: their natural communication style, how others perceived them, or why their relationship with their manager always felt just slightly off.

I'm also a practitioner of Eastern wisdom. Not fortune-telling — but using thousands of years of frameworks for understanding people to decode the very human patterns that play out in modern workplaces every day.

This platform is where those two things meet.

🎯 Our Mission

Everyone has a unique workplace advantage. Most people just haven't found the right way to see it yet.

Sis's Career Microscope™ exists to provide a career insight tool that is both deep and immediately practical — helping you understand yourself better in the workplace.

🌏 Eastern Wisdom × Real HR Experience

This platform uses Eastern wisdom frameworks — zodiac signs, Chinese animal signs, the Five Elements — as lenses for understanding personality traits and behavioral patterns.

This is not astrology for entertainment. It is a self-awareness system refined over thousands of years, combined with 20+ years of real HR observation, offering a perspective you won't find anywhere else.

💼 Not Self-Help. Self-Awareness.

Most career advice tells you what to do. We think the better path starts with understanding who you are — your natural strengths, your communication style, your blind spots.

When you truly know yourself, the next step becomes obvious.
